Farm to Table at its Finest

Our small batch cheeses are made on the farm right here in Giles County, Tennessee with milk produced by our Grade A Dairy. We also bottle creamline milk in whole, chocolate, strawberry, and coffee flavors. After owning and operating our dairy for almost 25 years, we now boast a brand new, state of the art, USDA permitted and inspected processing facility where we hand craft our cheeses from custom recipes and bottle farm fresh milk!

We are continuing our legacy of providing the highest quality products by taking ownership of the entire process, from growing our own feed, to cow care and comfort, and offering a finished product on the farm.

From our farm to your table, enjoy!

Know your Farmers

Hello Friends!

We are the Flowers Family and we milk Holstein and Jersey cows.

Born and raised in Tennessee, we are both very active in our community. We each have a lifelong love for animals and cherish our dogs, cats, horses, and cows. We are also active in our church and, when we are not working on the farm, we enjoy spending time with family. For more information about us and our operation, reach out, visit us, or follow us on social media.

See you soon!

Our Mission

As a family owned farmstead cheese producer, we at Flowers Creamery are committed to producing a great tasting and nutritious product for our customers through superior land stewardship, animal husbandry, and dedication to our employees. We strive to enrich our community and our customers by making the farm to table process visible and educating those removed from agriculture about where their food comes from and how it is made.

The Talent

Our Herd

We have two herds, a herd of Holsteins and a herd of Jerseys.

Our Holsteins produce high volumes of milk while our Jerseys produce rich milk with high butter fat content.

We take pride in personally caring for our cows every day. We follow or exceed the Humane Farm Animal Care (HFAC) Standards for Production of Dairy Cows, and are working to be independently certified humane.

Our girls are the real MVPs and we are their 24/7 staff!
